A landscape older than us
The estate is in Lorenzana, in the province of Pisa. All our olive trees are centuries old. They are not simply scenery, but the starting point of our work. Walking among their trunks means encountering a history that continues through the everyday care of the grove.
Water from the estate
We water our olive trees with water from a spring within the property. The spring appears on historical maps of Tuscany from the nineteenth century. This connection between water and land is part of the estate’s story; reproductions of the maps and their archival references are not yet published on this site.
From origin to character
Our Toscano IGP olive oil brings together Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino and Pendolino. Four historic Tuscan cultivars create a harmonious, fruity blend with a bold character. For us, telling its story begins here: with a specific place, its trees and the spring that sustains them.
