Tenuta di Vallitri

In Lorenzana, in the province of Pisa, every olive tree at Tenuta di Vallitri is centuries old. A spring within the estate waters the grove, carrying a story already recorded on nineteenth-century maps of Tuscany.

Tenuta di Vallitri
01

Centuries-old olive trees

All our olive trees are centuries old. Their trunks and branches are part of this place’s history; caring for them means carrying that history into each new harvest.

02

The spring within the estate

We water our trees with a spring located inside the property. Already marked on historical maps of Tuscany from the nineteenth century, it remains part of the everyday life of the grove.

03

Four Tuscan cultivars

Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino and Pendolino are the traditional Tuscan varieties in our blend. Together, they give our Toscano IGP extra virgin olive oil its harmony and character.
